RCS is a social enterprise based in North Wales. Since we set up in 2007 under the name ‘Rhyl City Strategy’, the wellbeing value of our social impact has exceeded £40 million. We employ a dedicated team of over 30 staff who deliver our professional, specialist services across Wales.
We work across Wales, building partnerships so that we can provide effective and targeted services that add value. Our key partners include Welsh Government, DWP, and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
