Senior FEA Engineer

IntaPeople are happy to exclusively working alongside a South Wales, global solutions provider, who're on the search to onboard a Senior FEA Engineer. Reporting to the line manager, you'll be expected to be a self-motivated engineer, who is capable to running FEA tests and simulations, to ensure all technical reports can be accurately written to customer requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities of the role

• Perform FEA on products
• Write technical reports on analysis projects
• Successfully perform tasks to industry standards
• Help and improve the development of products and processes
• Provide support to others on your subject where required
• Able to mentor junior engineers where necessary

Experience/Criteria

• BEng or BSc in relevant area (MSc of higher is advantageous)
• 5-7+ years experience
• Working knowledge/understanding of using Ansys or Abaqus (desirable)
• Good analytical abilities
• Strong CAD experience

This position is an onsite role. So a candidate must be living within a 45 minuting distance from Neath Port Talbot area. No VISA sponsorship available with this role.
