Private Leakage Coordinator

1. RPS are seeking Private Leakage Coordinators, to work on a 7month contract for our client, Welsh Water Dwr Cymru.
2. You will ensure that planned works for the day go ahead, chasing updates and if not programmed or completed.

RPS are seeking Private Leakage Coordinators, to work on a 7month contract for our client, Welsh Water Dwr Cymru.

This is a seconded role to the client but could lead to a full-time role with client. The role is based at the Nelson Office and requires the successful candidate to work on site 5 days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make appointments with customers and scheduling works for 5-7 teams
• Ensure that planned works for the day go ahead, chasing updates and if not programmed or completed.
• Work closely with Private leakage team members. 
• Report Weekly/Monthly on position.
• Liaise with Schedulers / Contractors and Management team. 
• Communicate daily with stakeholders and customers.

• A strong person to challenge staff for non-conformance
• A strong Customer Service ethos and track record
• Experience of meeting strict client and company targets
• Excellent IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets
• Clear and fluent communication skills, both written and oral
• A working knowledge of working within Utilities and Water Distribution is advantageous.
• Previous coordinator experience required.
