The training will generally be delivered on a 1:1 basis, with the aim of providing trainees with the necessary skills and confidence to travel independently to and from their education provision. Training will also be delivered 1:1 or in small groups during the day.

In your training period you will work with existing members of the team to shadow them.
We currently offer fully trained staff the opportunity to work partially from home if this is appropriate and you have a safe, secure area to work.
