Machine Operator

Proactive Personnel are working with a large manufacturer based in Deeside, to recruit an experienced Machine Operator, for a long term position within a friendly team.

Hours and Pay:

• 24/7 rota - days and nights
• 11.44 per hour whilst training on day shift, to increase to 13.23 per hour on shift
• Ongoing work, permanent position

The successful candidate will:

• Have come from a manufacturing environment, working towards targets
• Be confident around heavy machinery
• Be reliable and hardworking
• Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues

Duties:

• Safely operating machinery in a fast paced environment
• Working to KPIs and tight production schedules
• Maintain a tidy work area at all times
• Planning effectively to maintain high quality and minimise waste
