Warehouse Team Leader

Proactive Personnel are working closely with a successful distribution company, to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader for their site in Deeside.

Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity goals are met.
- Operate a forklift for heavy lifting tasks and materials handling within the warehouse.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to track inventory levels accurately.

Hours and Pay:

- 37.5 hours per week

- Day shifts

- Monday to Friday

- Salary between 26 - 28k dependent on experience

Required:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
