Description

St Joseph's Hospital are looking for a Patient Advisor to join our Outpatient Bookings department. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient and professional Customer Service to patient’s consultants and colleagues.
  • Ensure personal and team sales targets are met, using trackers/CRM systems to capture information.
  • Follow all sales process and keep an accurate tracker to ensure opportunities are maximised. 
  • Have excellent understanding of the patient pathways throughout the hospital.
  • Have excellent knowledge of all consultants/specialties.
  • Maintain the website enquires, again ensuring we capture information in trackers/CRM systems if not converted into an appointment.
  • Maintain an up to date and accurate call back system ensuring we provide relevant information at the appropriate time and maximise the sales opportunity. 
  • Manage you personal call statistics to ensure you are contributing to the overall team call performance 
  • Provide accurate pricing guides to patients.
  • Ensure all data that is captured is accurate and appropriate when booking appointments, eg correct GP surgery, credit card details etc.
