Job Description

Contract Hours: 37 hours, Permanent

Salary: Grade 6 Point 11 to Point 14 £25,979 to £27,334 per annum £13.46 to £14.16 per hour

About The Role:

Working independently and as part of a team to support the Housing Development Team and Housing Development Manager in their day to day roles working towards the delivery of new build targets. Leading on website design, maintain and update relevant

new build housing development databases, collating data and information as required, attend Community Council, resident and tenant meetings, co ordinate and facilitate meetings including minute taking, communicate effectively and good IT skills.

  • Have good communication skills (oral, written, listening).
  • Be organised and willing to problem solve.
  • Have the ability to work as a team.
  • Have good time management .
  • Be motivated to work on own initiative.

What You Will Do:

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain and update relevant new build housing development databases
  • Plan, co-ordinate and administer meetings for the team
  • Lead on community engagement events
  • Lead on website deign and updates
  • Contribute to the purchase of properties for the council
