Salary: Up to 75K DOE and PQE

Responsibilities
Work with clients in the investment sector, including developers of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
Facilitate the buying and selling of commercial units, retail spaces, office properties, development land, and industrial estates.
Provide comprehensive services for landlords and tenants, including lease granting, assignments, agreements to lease, building agreements, and variations.
Advise clients on the benefits and complexities of leasing business premises versus purchasing.
Offer expert guidance in the negotiation and finalisation of commercial leases tailored to client needs.
Ensure quick and confident action while delivering value and expert legal advice.
Collaborate with other specialised teams for support on company, commercial, and dispute resolution matters.
Desired/required experience:
Qualified solicitor or equivalent. NQ +, they are flexible on the level of PQE.
Solid experience in commercial property and ideally company law.
Friendly, motivated, approachable, team player, ability to work to own initiative and to deadlines.
