Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Project Management/Management Assessor to join our vibrant team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance, skills, and potential of learners, providing detailed feedback, and helping them achieve their goals of growth and success.

The assessor role involves assessing and supporting learners who are undertaking Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Project Management, Level 3 Apprenticeship and Levels 4 and 5 Higher Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, which includes support to achieve the Essential Skill qualification in Digital Literacy.  

Successful applicants will have experience working within a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. While qualifications in assessment practice is not essential, a willingness to work towards achieving these on appointment is essential.

This position is home (field) based however as travel is expected to visit learners in the workplace the ability to travel is essential. Caseload areas will be allocated based on the successful applicant's geographical location. This is usually within an approximate 50-mile radius however this may be exceeded from time to time. It is expected that the successful applicant should be based within South East/West Wales.

Starting salary: £30,000 - £30,500 per annum, depending on skills and experience. (Future possible earnings of up to £34,000)

Base: Field Based (home-based).

Hours: Full-time. Reduced hours will be considered.
