Overall Job Purpose:
The post holder will work in the community with people who have mental health needs and require support with personal, practical or emotional problems in order to maintain an optimum level of good mental health. The post holder will act as an Approved Mental Health Professional.
The Isle of Anglesey County Council (Welsh: Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn) is the local authority for the Isle of Anglesey, a principal area with county status in Wales. Since 2022 the council has 35 councillors who represent 11 multi-member electoral wards.
The first county council for Anglesey was created in 1889 under the Local Government Act 1888, which established elected county councils to take over the administrative functions of the quarter sessions.
