Care & Repair Cwm Taf is a home improvement service for older people in Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil.
We provide a service based on a free home visit. This visit will result in a personalised package of home improvement. The objective is to support the older person’s choice to remain living in their own home and in their own community for as long as they are able and chose to do so.
Cwm Taf Care & Repair was formed in April 2016 and is an amalgamation of the former agencies of Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil. The Agency is part of the Cynon Taf Community Housing Group. We are a not-for-profit organisation and are funded by Welsh Government, Local Authorities and the Health Board.
We are also pleased to announce that we have recently received funding from the Housing with Care fund, provided through Cwm Taf Morgannwg Regional Partnership Board.
