Wills & Probate Solicitor – Opportunity for Progression

3. The successful candidate will be given the autonomy & responsibility to manage their own case load with minimal supervision and work self-sufficiently to offer a broad range of Wills & Probate services to the firm’s clients in the Brecon area.

Based from the Brecon office, with hybrid working opportunities available, we are now looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the Redkite team. The role requires demonstrable skills and knowledge in wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate. Solid ability in drafting Wills, LPAs and Probates to mid complexity level. Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative with remote supervision most of the time. Performance and target focused, willing and capable of working with a legal assistant and assisting in their progression. Modern approach to running files – paper light and progressive approach to processes and service delivery; open to change.

Person Specification:

• An experienced, technical Solicitor, who is able to advise on a broad range of Wills & Probate matters.
• An individual with a particular interest in developing business locally & growing the firm’s reach.
• Someone who is experienced in using data management systems & the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• An effective communicator, who is able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism & courtesy.
