Injection Moulding Technician

We are recruiting for a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to join an established, fast paced manufacturing business in the Bridgend area. This role requires a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to support production on shift and ensuring production targets are met.

You will be responsible for

• Carrying out product/tool changes, and production starts and stops in accordance with our production plan, ensuring that our production standards relating to output, cost and quality are met.
• Injection Moulding experience is essential including tool changing, machine condition setting, process start-up, first-off approval, problem solving, process optimisation and scrap reduction.
• Ability to utilise FLT and crane
• Ability to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative
• Knowledge of robots would be an advantage
