We are looking for multiple MOT Technicians to join our growing Service Department. As a Bridgend Ford MOT Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT’s on all makes of vehicles for our Service department customers and for the Prep Team ready to sell as Used Vehicles.

Technicians are also responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on a variety of vehicles whilst delivering an outstanding customer experience. 

To be successful, you will:

• Have a proven track record of repairing vehicles to the highest standard, achieving and exceeding targets, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• MOT licence.
• Have a full UK driving licence.
• Have exemplary technical skills.
• Be committed to achieving and exceeding targets for quality and customer experience.
• Be an ambitious, enthusiastic individual, and an asset to an already successful team.

Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 per year OTE

This is a permanent, full-time position.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays paid as overtime
