We are looking for multiple Mechanics to join our growing Service Department. As a Bridgend Ford Motor Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on a variety of vehicles. You will also ensure that you deliver an outstanding customer experience. Being a qualified MOT tester will be advantageous, but not essential; we will upskill any successful candidate.

To be successful, you will:

• Have a proven track record of repairing vehicles to the highest standard, achieving and exceeding targets, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Have exemplary technical skills.
• Be committed to achieving and exceeding targets for quality and customer experience.
• Be an ambitious, enthusiastic individual, and an asset to an already successful team.

Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 per year OTE

This is a permanent, full-time position.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays paid as overtime
