We are looking for a confident decision maker with management experience to lead our Neighbourhood Safety Team.
In this role you will work closely with front-line service delivery teams and support the Neighbourhood Manager in delivering and continually improving the service.
You will also manage complaints in line with the Association’s complaints policy and provide advice and guidance to all teams who manage occupation contract management.
