Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about improving patient care and share our Health Board values to join our team.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will ensure that the pharmaceutical care of patients are met and that medicines management standards are upheld. The main duties of the job include;

  • Medicines reconciliation
  • Pharmacy led clinics
  • Promoting evidence based prescribing
  • Answering medicines information queries
  • Provide professional cover to the dispensary
  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff
  • Clinical audits

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
