About WMC/Our Department:
Our Chief Commercial Officer joined in April this year and is building a team to deliver our Commercial strategy, not only driving revenues in our commercial activities, developing and delivering world class marketing and communications but owning our fundraising and philanthropic plans.This is a great opportunity to join a team that is reinvigorating the WMC brand and services provided in this iconic Welsh venue.
About the Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will support them to drive the Commercial and brand strategies to achieve the WMC’ strategic vision.
You will be providing comprehensive planning, organisational and administrative support to our CCO.You will co-ordinate and prepare for meetings, take minutes and actions and facilitate those actions through to completion, this will involve building great relationships within WMC as well as key external partners.
You will create, prepare and write reports, presentations, build dashboards for a range of stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to assist our CCO with researching or managing specific projects which support the achievement of the Commercial strategy or other element of the WMC’s strategic vision.
This role may be performed on a hybrid basis following completion of probation.
Your role may be subject to a DBS check.
