3. This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will need to be creative and have an exceptional eye for detail as they will be responsible for all aspects of planning and implementing the company’s marketing campaigns and materials.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, strong, and innovative Marketing and Communications Manager, to join our commercial team.

The successful applicant will report directly to the Commercial and Operations Director and effectively and efficiently lead and manage the marketing function.

This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will need to be creative and have an exceptional eye for detail as they will be responsible for all aspects of planning and implementing the company’s marketing campaigns and materials.

Key responsibilities

• To produce, plan and own the annual marketing plan and PR that facilitates the Company's objectives.
• Proactively push the voice of the customer through the organisation,
• To manage the PR Support Contract and be the key contact for the designated partner agency, and provide positive responses to external media approaches and articles
• To assist with the overall design and production of marketing and publicity material including our website, app and roadside marketing.
• Identify opportunities for the use of the Welsh language in our promotional materials
• Carry out English to Welsh translations as required.
• Liaises with external suppliers in relation to marketing materials and publications.
• To undertake any additional responsibilities, duties and ad-hoc project work as required

Qualifications/Skills:

• You will be a proactive individual who is able to work independently and of your own initiative.
• Extremely organised.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• A hands-on approach.
• Friendly with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Welsh Language is desirable but not essential.
