Production Operator

1. Manufacture Euroclad Group products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification.
2. Manufacture Euroclad Group products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification, whilst also adhering to all Health and Safety policies.
3. Ensure all orders are completed to the expected high standard of the company standards as per specified Job Cards and Quality documents.

Main Purpose Of Role:

Manufacture Euroclad Group products to the expected high standard, based on customer specification, whilst also adhering to all Health and Safety policies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all orders are completed to the expected high standard of the company standards as per specified Job Cards and Quality documents.
• Ensure health and safety is always followed and correct PPE is worn for the nature of the job being undertaken
• Quality checks and documentation adhered to. Ensuring every production run is of the highest quality
• Work areas are to be kept clean, safe and well maintained at all times 
• Manual handling procedures are always to be followed
• Will have to operate HMI screens in certain positions of the production process
• Focused and driven to ensure scrap is at a minimum
• Working as part of the continual process production team. Speed, accuracy, and awareness is vital not only for change over operations but also during the production process.

Skills & Attributes:

• Ability to identify and find a solution to a problem
• Manufacturing experience, preferably within a construction company and/or on a continuous production process
• Positive and enthusiastic work ethic 
• Team player 
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
• Basic IT and numeracy skills 

Qualifications:

• Full UK Drivers Licence (preferred)
