Job Description

To do this you will need to engage with staff, service managers, unions, and corporate teams.

What We Are Looking For From You

You will be part of the directorates business team who support change and monitor the directorates performance. We are looking for someone who is:

  • Able to work with a range of stakeholders to develop and implement change.
  • Experienced at working in the in Recruitment/Human Resources supporting service change.
  • Inquisitive with the ability to collect and analyse data to support decision making.
  • Self-reliant and able to work independently yet understands the value of collaborative problem solving.
  • Focused and organised to deliver project outcomes
