About The Job:

To support the co-ordination programme and contract management of the Advertising and Sponsorship contracts both Digital and Non-Digital across Planning Transport and Environment in line with Cardiff Policies Management of other income generation and efficiency Projects and Contracts.

This role is mostly based from home however you may be required in the office and other locations.

What We Are Looking For From You:

  • Monitor and assist in the delivery of the Advertising Contracts in PTE
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day contract management of various projects.
  • Support the management to deliver the agreed work programme, taking account of available resources and financial constraints.
  • Review and implement corporate policies to ensure compliance with key Council strategies for example to promote the development of Cardiff as a sustainable city.
  • Support the management to monitor financial transactions relating to the contracts and provide all management and financial data regarding the contracts.
  • Identify projects for local improvements utilising the advertising income.
