Sales Coordinator

1. We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Cardiff.
2. You will be required to provide administration support to the busy Sales team.
3. You should have a knowledge of GPS & SAP systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Cardiff.

This is a full-time office-based role, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.

You will be required to provide administration support to the busy Sales team and duties will include:

• Processing orders and invoices.
• Monitoring and retrieving emails.
• Producing quotations and reports
• Maintaining and update filing systems

The successful candidate must have previous office administration experience together with:

• Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to work as part of a busy team ensuring targets are achieved.
• Knowledge of GPS & SAP systems would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
