Job Description

• Lead and oversee the financial operations within the company.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies, controls, and processes to drive the company's objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Work directly with the CEO on commercial activities
• Provide commercial support to the sales team
• Strong on online accounting software tools eg. Xero, Dext etc.
• Learn new mid-sized business software eg. Sage Intacct
• Partner with other department heads to develop and execute business plans.
• Perform risk management duties to mitigate potential financial issues.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure optimal performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• Fully ACCA/ACA and technically solid
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero is a big plus
• Strong with statutory accounts, accounts payable processes and financial management.
• Excellent communication skills, approachable and friendly
• Commercially minded

What's on Offer

• An attractive yearly salary of around £55,000 to £65,000 DEO.
