Job Description

What you will be doing

  • You will play an integral role in the People team, developing a partnership role with managers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and advice within your business area on a range of complex HR issues
  • Lead and manage projects
  • Support department and company initiatives in line with strategy
  • Play a leading role in culture change programmes.
  • Build key external relationships, working with a collaborative approach

What you will need

  • Excellent knowledge of HR disciplines, employment legislation and working with policies and procedures
  • Excellent standard of IT literacy and experience in using HR systems
  • Experience in managing complex cases
  • You will be self motivated, organised with strong time management and be delivery focussed.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Be prepared to travel by car to offices as required
