HGV 1 Drivers - Class 1

1. Thomas Recruitment Group is looking for HGV 1 Drivers.
2. You will be a driver within a well-maintained vehicle with no loading and unloading.
3. You must hold a valid UK Class 1 driving license with no more than six penalty points.

Location: Chepstow NP16

Pay:

• Monday till Friday Days - £17.00 per hour
• Saturday - £19 per hour
• Sunday - £21.00 per hour

You will be a driver within a well-maintained vehicle with no loading and unloading.

The Role:

• Trunking to our customer's locations.
• Securing of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle.
• No multi-drop.
• Complete procedural checks on your vehicle.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
• Shifts are between 9 – 13 hours.

Requirements:

• You must hold a valid UK Class 1 driving license with no more than six penalty points.
• You must hold an in-date valid CPC license.
• You must hold an in-date Digi Card.
• Great attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Good understanding of driving rules and regulations.
• A minimum of 2year driving experience.
• Be smartly presented at all times and have excellent customer service skills.
