If you are empathetic, and passionate about delivering excellent care - we would like to hear from you as we are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic person to work within our residential home.

Your role will be to offer practical and emotional support to individuals with all aspects of daily living tasks such as personal care, maintaining independence, administering medication, hobbies and life skills.

You will be expected to be a good communicator and will be involved in communicating with a variety of people from individuals receiving services, family’s and friends as well as other care professionals such as GPs and Social Workers.

You will be expected to work as part of a team to maintain and improve individuals wellbeing – reporting concerns to senior staff and managers.

Training will be given, and some hours worked will be at an enhanced hourly rate. There is opportunity to work additional hours.

Work Base: Llys Elian

Salary: £23,114 - £23,500 per annum (G02)

Contractual Hours: 2 x 30 hours per week, 1 x 37 hours per week, permanent
