Fleet Engineering Manager - Relocation Support Available. Are you ready to lead a dynamic team at our cutting-edge bus depot in Cwmbran? We're looking for an experienced Fleet Engineering Manager to oversee operations and ensure our clients bus fleet remains in peak condition.
Fleet Engineering Manager Role:
As Fleet Engineering Manager, you will manage a skilled team dedicated to maintaining our vehicles, ensuring they are ready to cover over 12 million miles across South Wales annually. You will be responsible for team management, including disciplinary and appraisals.

Fleet Engineering Manager Requirements:
- We welcome engineering managers from a HGV, Aerospace, Automotive, or other engineering environment.
- Must be an experienced site / engineering manager with strong person skills.
- Must have a full driving license.
- Must be flexible with hours.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday permanent days. You will be expected to support at weekends when problems arise.
