Package: Sleep in Shifts paid at National Minimum Wage
The Learning Disability Support Worker Team support people with a learning disability to live fulfilled lives in their local community.
We support people with no experiences, promoting their independence and develop daily living skills, including personal care.
You must have good communication skills and be self-motivated with the ability to motivate others. You will be qualified to Level 2 in a Health and Social Care qualification or be willing to work towards this within defined timescales. Our team will support you to develop through a programme of training and registration with DBS and Social Care Wales.
You will be required to work as a team on a rota basis including evenings and weekends.
The role also can include sleep in shifts which are paid at National Minimum Wage.
Welsh speaking and writing skills are desirable.
