Senior Social Work Practitioner - Child Care Management Team

Tripod Partners are looking to place a Senior Social Work practitioner in the Child Care Management Team in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

The successful candidate will carry out skilled social work tasks (particularly complex cases) related to

• assessments
• care planning
• the development of support packages in order to promote the welfare of children.

In addition, they will provide supervision-level support to Social Worker colleagues. We will need social workers available in Pembrokeshire to both work in the Haverfordwest based office and to make required visits.

Social Care Wales registration required for this post (candidates who started registration and hold SWE will be considered)

MUST HAVE SOCIAL WORK DEGREE/DIPLOMA AND MIN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ROLE!
