An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Conwy County Borough Council’s Ffit Conwy team as part of the newly established Contact Centre team.

Applicants should have a keen interest in supporting others and delivering great customer service and ideally a commitment and interest in leisure and fitness. 

The postholder will carry out a range of duties including, answering calls for Ffit Conwy, assisting in customer bookings and cross selling activities and sessions. Answering email queries and monitoring information on our social media. Applicants must be IT literate with experience of working with Microsoft Office IT packages with a pleasant telephone and written manner. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment would be an advantage.

Working hours are based on a seven day rota basis.

You will work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and colleagues across Ffit Conwy to assist in establishing an exceptional customer service experience.

Salary: £23,114 - £23,500 per annum (G02)

Contract Hours: 37 hours per week, Fixed Term Maternity Cover
