Lottery Fundraiser

We are looking for someone who will:

To do the role you'll need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Understanding and adhering to laws related to lottery sales.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and a great communicator.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
• Must be 18 or older, with a full, clear UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Empathy for our Hospice and alignment with our charity’s values.

Commission structure:

Commission System 

• Preliminary Commission: For the first 10 members signed up in a week (Tuesday-Monday), you earn £15 per member. 
• Secondary Commission: For 11+ members signed up in a week, you earn £20 per member. 
• Bonus Commission: For 41+ members signed up in a week, you earn £25 per member. 

Retention and Clawback 

• Retention: 25% of your commission is held back and paid after 6 months if the member’s payments continue. 
• Clawback: If a member’s direct debit doesn’t start within 3 months, the commission paid for that member will be deducted from your next payment. 

Mileage Reimbursement 

• Personal Car: 45p per mile for the first 10,000 miles in a tax year, then 25p per mile. 

Additional Notes 

• Submit all registration forms by Monday at 5pm each week. 
• You are responsible for notifying authorities about your additional income. 
• Keep itemised receipts for expenses claims.
