Job Description

Applications are invited for the post of Semi-skilled Maintenance Assistant within the site-based Estates Operational Maintenance team.

The Semi-skilled Assistant will be part of an estates maintenance team which includes various craftsperson's ensuring that plant and equipment are maintained to an appropriate standard to support clinical service departments in their prime task of treating patients. The appointed individual will support the site operational management as part of a 6 person shift rota basis, covering seven days of a week. The shift pattern is as follows: 06.00 – 14.00, 08.00 - 16:00 and 14.00 – 22.00 hrs.
