Here at Aran Vet Clinic, Llangefni we are looking for a friendly and approachable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.
The role involves telephone answering telephones and greeting clients and patients, booking appointments, dispensing medication (full training given) and taking payments. It also involves general administrative duties and some cleaning of reception and staff areas.
We are looking for someone friendly and efficient, able to multi-task and communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Full training will be provided in triaging calls and use of the practice management software.
About The Rota and Salary:
This is a part-time permanent role working 22.5 hours per week. You will be working 2 weekdays on a shift basis between 08.30am-19.00pm, exact details to be agreed with candidate. Equal share of the Saturday am reception duties 08.00am-12.00pm (currently 1:3).
The salary will be up to £13,500 DOE per annum.
