Job Description

Sales Consultant

Location: Marlow

Salary: £25k – £26k

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday 9:30am – 5:30pm, Closed on Sunday

  • Customer Solutions: Find the perfect product solutions for customers’ tile projects.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships, guiding them from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to offer product and technical advice.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle calls, confirm orders, respond to emails, process payments, arrange sample dispatches, chase sales leads, and provide exceptional aftercare service.
