Campus Receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for learners, staff and visitors across the college. You’ll be a friendly, professional and organised individual who understands the value of a great first impression and providing an exception experience. Your role will involve completing light administration tasks to the highest quality and providing an invaluable service to the college community.

Key Duties

• Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive at campus
• Deal with general enquiries from learners, staff and external partners
• Issuing of staff, visitor and learner ID Badges
• Directing visitors to the appropriate department/staff members.
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls to the relevant department/staff members.
• Ensure reception area are kept well stocked, tidy and presentable.
• Provide basic and accurate information to members of the public via both phone and email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Assist in light filing duties
• Support the Learner & Campus Services team in arranging and executing events
