Mobile Kitchen Assistant

1. We are seeking for talented individual to join our team as Mobile Kitchen Assistant.
2. The purpose of role is to assist in the smooth running of the lunchtime service and maintain hygienic conditions in the kitchen and undertake associated kitchen duties.
3. You will work as part of a team and be able to work in accordance with agreed schedules, comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.

Salary: £11.59 per hour - GR1 SCP 1

Mobile Kitchen Assistant x3

Monday – Friday – Various times to cover lunch within the schools

School: Various Locations within the NPT Borough

You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the lunchtime service and maintain hygienic conditions in the kitchen and undertake associated kitchen duties e.g.

• Washing up
• Setting up and clearing away equipment and tables
• Cleaning of kitchen, its surrounds and equipment.
• You will be assisting in the preparation of high quality and varied meals for young people.

You will work as part of a team and be able to work in accordance with agreed schedules, comply with Food and Health and Safety Regulations and work to a high standard.

You will be required to undertake training of basic food hygiene and attend training courses relevant to this post.
