Development Officer / Swyddog Datbygu

1. We are seeking a Development Officer, with a track record of working within a Development Team within a housing or customer focused environment, or with experience within a professional construction environment delivering construction schemes.
2. The ability to work as part of a small, busy team as well as to work alone and therefore capable of organising your workload and making decisions? If so, we want to hear from you!
3. We offer 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days with service. The ability to buy and sell leave up to 5 days (pro rata), as well as time off for volunteering, health screening and more.

We work in partnership of Local Authorities and the Welsh Government to deliver a range of housing schemes that make a difference to people’s lives, homes and communities.

• Excellent communication skills and the self-awareness to continuously improve yourself and others?
• Proficient knowledge of delivery of Development Projects?
• A proven track record of working in a construction role?
