What We Need from You

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in Administration

Your Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Accurate data entry and updates to our Lettings Software Package
  • Client Interaction: Answering calls and responding to emails from landlords and contract holders
  • Maintenance Coordination: Logging maintenance issues, reporting to landlords, and liaising with contractors and contract holders
  • Scheduling: Booking valuations, viewings, and managing the diary
  • Procedural Compliance: Following checklists and letting procedures in all daily administrative tasks
