This role will help deliver engaging digital experiences for Deloitte professionals across our business applications. Superior and adaptable front-end development skills are expected as a matter of course; to be successful you will also leverage a collaborative mindset to operate in a multidisciplinary team, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for development of performant, high-quality and responsive web applications.
  • Leadership of a small team of developers, with a focus on supporting their personal growth.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing front-end development process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Connect To Your Skills And Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Front-end Developer, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering solutions with modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Svelte or Vue.
  • Experience of WebAPI.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and front-end build tools like Webpack or Gulp.
  • Experience leading a technical team would be desirable.
  • Experience working with an agile framework.
