Job Description

The post holder will report to the Deputy Area Housing Manager undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties and providing a front facing customer service. In addition, the post holder will assist Neighbourhood Officers in their Tenancy and Estate Management duties which will include working out and about in the community. An expectation of the role is that the post holder develops the experience and skills necessary to have the potential to progress to the role of Neighbourhood Officer.

You will be allocated an Area Housing Office as your main base; the post-holder will however be expected to work at any of the Area Housing Offices across Swansea Council and your base can be subject to change at any time. It is essential that you have a current driving licence and your own transportation.
