About the role:
To develop and deliver education and promotional schemes help achieve increased modal shift to sustainable modes of transport [eg walk, cycle, wheel or public transport] within the County.
You will be part of small team that will assist in reducing dependency on private motor vehicle use to help meet national targets for carbon reduction as well as national and local transport policies
About you:
You will be someone with an interest in contributing towards Net Zero carbon emission targets and have a passion for change. You will have a proven record of being able to manage projects from conception to completion with a sustainable theme.
What you will do:
Working predominantly within schools to encourage walking and cycling as the preferred mode of transport but also supporting change within larger employers including the County Council.
