What you will be doing as our new Retail Rockstar... 

• Providing a warm welcome to all customers, you will have a positive and friendly attitude and ensure excellent customer service is always given 
• Identify and act on opportunities to upsell products to customers, to maximise sales and profitability. 
• Make sure stock levels are maintained, topping up low stock levels as required. 
• Managing customer complaints within company processes. 
• Operating the till, making sure the correct prices are charged, transactions are completed for all sales, and any refunds are completed, all following company policies.
