The Role:

The QA Officer QMS is responsible for assisting the QMS Team in ensuring QMS related tasks are completed within the required timescales and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Produce compliance related metrics for the site and assist in the provision of data for Quality Management Reviews.
• Perform periodic updates of the Self-Inspection Schedule to ensure this is up to date.
• Management and administration of Customer Complaints.
• Track corrective and preventative actions from Internal and External audits.
• Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List.
• Perform vendor re-assessments.
• Coordinate external audits in accordance with the required schedule.
• Ensure Quality Agreements and TSE Statements are periodically updated.
• Assist in the generation of Nitrosamines Statements.

Requirements:

• Experience of working within a pharmaceutical environment under the Quality Department.
• GMP Skill Level 1 is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in IT.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to get results through co-operation and influence.
