£24,000 - £28,000 per annum
Post Title: Assistant Psychologist x 2 Full Time positions
Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Assistant Psychologists within our Independent Psychology Company. The job will be supervised by one of our Clinical Psychologists and will involve providing input into a variety of services supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or forensic needs, across all ages and abilities. The work is extremely varied, from individual input to training and staff support. The job would be suitable for those hoping to gain experience to train as a Clinical Psychologist, Educational Psychologist or Forensic Psychologist.
We require experienced individuals (with at least one year’s experience post-graduation working directly with service users) who are able to manage their own diary and work independently under supervision. Due to service provision requirements, we have two posts available, and services cover the West Wales/Swansea areas in the main. Candidates must be willing to travel (and due to remote access of some locations must therefore have a driver’s licence and access to a vehicle) and will be home based when not in services.
Closing date for applications is 9am on Wednesday 30th October 2024, with interviews being held on Monday 11th November 2024. Please note that the interviews will be held in Newport.
