As Talent Acquisition Partner for our Wrexham facility, you will partner closely with our manufacturing, R&D, HR, and Financial Shared Services teams to identify and select key talent for our organisation.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • This position serves as one of the first points of contact a potential employee has with Ipsen, requiring an individual that can communicate with individuals at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a pharmaceutical or aligned context.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
