About The Role:
Anglesey’s Learning Service is looking for well organized, enthusiastic and flexile individuals to join a pool of Clerks to provide administrative support for school governing boards across the Isle of Anglesey.
The role of Clerk is to prepare for and minute governors meetings, in addition to delivering a full administrative and advice service to Governing Bodies in schools. This will involve attending approximately 3 full governing board meetings and various statutory committee meetings per year. Meetings are ordinarily held in the evening, with the remainder of work undertaken from a home base.
The role is well suited to someone looking for flexible work around existing commitments or a part time role, which offers full training as well as ongoing development opportunities. Administrative experience and effective communication skills in both Welsh and English are essential as well as the ability to handle information and data responsibly and confidentially.
