Main duties of the job
To supervise the day to day running of all reception and clerical areas, to ensure a smooth and efficient service reprioritise the allocation of staff and work as need. Will be responsible for the day to day supervision, induction and overall training of staff on RADI.S. and PMS.
Ensure the rota is covered and runs smoothly including covering late evenings, nights and weekends, including cover for annual leave, and absence for all reception and clerical areas. Provide support to ensure the smooth running of the On-Call rota
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
