Partner Support Services and Partner Helpdesk are specialist teams within our HR Services function. Our responsibilities include coverage of a range of services for our partners covering the helpdesk and administration processes.

Your role will involve supporting our teams in their day-to-day activities as well as sharing your SME knowledge to enhance the overall customer experience and service we provide. This role is a conduit between our leadership team and our people and will be essential in how we engage our teams, connect to our strategy, and deliver for our customers moving forward.

The customer is at the heart of everything we do with us aiming to support them with queries, life events and regulatory requirements. We support strategic initiatives through reporting and collaboration with other areas of the business as well as a strong approach to CSI and improving the effectiveness of how we work.

The Partner community are an integral, high profile customer group and require a bespoke, specialised service which require us to go above and beyond and to be prepared for a variety of queries, challenges and opportunities. Be prepared to tap into your analytical, problem-solving mind and don’t be afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo. Confident in supporting our customer base through a multi-channel functionality – you can trust that no two days will ever be the same as you support and add value to our very busy team by:

  • Support the Assistant Managers and PSSS team with Partner queries and escalations, seeking to understand root cause. Work with stakeholders to proactively implement solutions, enhancements and escalating where appropriate
  • Support our Assistant Manager population with the cascading of key messages and communications – working as a key connector and ambassador for change across the team
  • Drive and support CSI initiatives and ensure participation in strategic pillar workshops and other HRS networking 
  • Support and drive implementation of quality monitoring and general governance and best practice, ensuring team materials and collateral are reviewed and updated effectively
  • Work with the team and Assistant Manager’s to identify enhanced ways of capturing and analysing data and measures of team success
  • Support Assistant Managers with the cascading of strategic objectives and goals – working effectively to ensure these are understood by the wider team
  • Prioritise team wellbeing and growth by championing the right behaviors and ways of working. Proactively encourage, communicate and role model in this space
  • Assist with meeting representation and support with project workstream deliverables where appropriate
  • Managing stakeholder and customer expectations whilst building trusted relationships with HR Services peers and colleagues and other Deloitte teams as appropriate, supporting other teams as needed
